Payment Security

• Tokenized Payments: Stripe replaces your card details with a secure token. Even if our systems were breached, no card data could be exposed because it simply doesn't exist on our servers.
• 3D Secure Authentication: For supported cards, we use 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode) for an additional layer of authentication.
• No Shared Data: We do not sell, share, or transfer your payment information to any third party beyond the payment processor (Stripe).

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. If you're not, here's how refunds work:

Monthly Subscriptions

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial-month refunds are issued for monthly plans.
• No refund is given if the subscription has been actively used during the billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

• Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase if fewer than 50 AI generations have been used.
• After 30 days or if significant usage has occurred, no refund will be issued.
• Refund amount = (unused months / 12) x annual price paid.

Extra Token Purchases

• Token packs ($3 per 100 generations) are non-refundable once purchased.
• Unused tokens remain in your account and do not expire while your account is active.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@marketingtool.pro with your account email and reason for the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.

• Account Data: Name, email, password (hashed), profile picture.
• Ad Account Data: Google Ads and Meta campaign data (accessed via OAuth — used solely for your optimization tools).
• Payment Data: Handled exclusively by Stripe. We only store subscription status and transaction IDs.
• Usage Data: Tool usage, AI generations, session data — collected via self-hosted Matomo (no third-party trackers).
• Device Data: Browser type, IP address, device type for security and troubleshooting.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do NOT sell your personal data to anyone.
• We do NOT share your Google Ads or Meta data with advertisers or ad networks.
• We do NOT use third-party advertising trackers (we self-host analytics via Matomo).
• We do NOT store your credit card data on our servers.
• We do NOT retain your data after account deletion beyond 30 days.

Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and data.
• Export: Download your chat history and generated content.

Key Terms

• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use our platform.
• Account: One account per person or entity. You are responsible for your credentials.
• AI Content: You own all AI-generated content created through our tools. You are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.
• Acceptable Use: No illegal activities, hacking, spamming, or policy violations. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.
• Service: Provided "as is." We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Liability: Capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
• Governing Law: State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County.

DAA AdChoices

AI MarketingTool LLC adheres to the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising.

• No Behavioral Advertising: We do not serve interest-based or behavioral advertisements on our platform. We are a SaaS marketing tool, not an ad network.
• No Cross-Site Tracking: We do not track you across third-party websites. Our analytics (Matomo) are self-hosted and limited to our own domains.
• Ad Account Data: When you connect Google Ads or Meta accounts, that data is used exclusively to power YOUR marketing tools and analytics — it is never used for targeting or profiling by us or any third party.
• Third-Party Ads: We do not display third-party advertisements on our platform.
• Opt-Out: Since we do not engage in behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. However, you can disconnect your ad accounts at any time from Settings.
