By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Free Trial
- All new users receive a 7-day free trial with access to core features.
- No credit card is required to start a free trial.
- If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, your account will automatically transition to read-only mode after the trial period.
- No charges are incurred during the free trial — therefore no refund applies.
3. Subscription Plans
We offer the following paid plans:
- Starter: $29/month or $199/year
- Professional: $59/month or $499/year
- Growth: $99/month or $999/year
- Agency: Custom pricing
All plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our payment processor.
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Monthly Plans
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
- Refund requests after 7 days will not be honored for the current billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
4.2 Annual Plans
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial annual purchase.
- After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel, and access will continue until the end of the annual billing period.
4.3 Extra Token Purchases
- One-time token purchases ($3 per 100 generations) are non-refundable once tokens have been used.
- If tokens remain unused, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
- Dissatisfaction due to features not yet available (check our Roadmap)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension due to abuse or policy violations
- Requests made after the eligible refund window
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings > Billing page, or by contacting us at help@marketingtool.pro.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time during the retention period.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of access to all data and generated content
- Additional processing fees
We are committed to resolving any billing disputes fairly and promptly.
