AI MarketingTool LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the MarketingTool.pro platform, a SaaS application providing 207+ AI-powered marketing tools for Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, SEO, content writing, and e-commerce marketing. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information and advertising account data when you use our website, web application, and mobile applications.
1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information
- Name, email address, and password when you create an account.

1.2 Payment Information

When you connect your Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0, we access and process the following data through the Google Ads API:
- Campaign Data: Campaign names, statuses, budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost).
- Ad Group Data: Ad group names, statuses, targeting settings, and performance metrics.
- Keyword Data: Keywords, match types, quality scores, bid amounts, and search term reports.
- Ad Copy Data: Headlines, descriptions, display URLs, and ad performance metrics.
- Account Structure: Account hierarchy, MCC relationships, and account-level settings.
- Audience Data: Audience segments, remarketing lists, and demographic targeting used in campaigns.
Purpose: We use Google Ads data solely to provide our AI-powered optimization tools, generate performance reports, provide campaign recommendations, and help you manage your advertising. We do NOT use Google Ads data to build user profiles for advertising by third parties, sell or share this data with advertisers or ad networks, or for any purpose unrelated to the services you request.
1.4 Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Data
When you connect your Meta Business account via Facebook Login and the Marketing API, we access and process:
- Ad Account Data: Ad account names, IDs, spending limits, and account statuses.
- Campaign Data: Campaign names, objectives, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics (reach, impressions, clicks, conversions, spend).
- Ad Set Data: Targeting criteria (demographics, interests, behaviors, custom audiences, lookalike audiences), placements, and optimization goals.
- Ad Creative Data: Ad copy, images, videos, call-to-action buttons, and creative performance.
- Pixel/Conversion Data: Conversion events, custom conversion data, and attribution data from Meta Pixel.
- Page Data: Connected Facebook Page names, Page insights, and post engagement metrics.
- Instagram Data: Connected Instagram account insights, post performance, and audience demographics.
Purpose: We use Meta data solely to provide our AI-powered ad management tools, generate performance analytics, create optimization recommendations, and manage your Meta advertising campaigns. We comply with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
1.5 Usage Data
- Tool usage history, generated content, and session data.
- Feature interactions, tool preferences, and workflow patterns.
- AI generation history and saved results.

- Browser type and version, IP address, device type, and operating system.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Google Ads API — Limited Use Disclosure
MarketingTool.pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- Only use Google Ads data to provide and improve the user-facing features of MarketingTool.pro that are visible and apparent to you.

4. Meta Platform Data — Compliance
Our use of data received from Meta APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.
- We only use Meta data to provide the specific services you request within our platform.
- We do not sell, license, or share Meta user data with third parties for their own purposes.
- We do not use Meta data to build independent user profiles or to conduct surveillance.
- We delete all Meta user data within 30 days of a user's request or account deletion.
- We comply with all applicable data deletion callbacks from Meta.
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect Meta data.
5. AI-Generated Content
Our platform uses AI models (including Claude by Anthropic) to generate marketing content. Important information about AI-generated content:
- Content you generate using our tools belongs to you.
- We store generated content to provide you with history, analytics, and re-use features.
- We do not use your generated content to train AI models.
- We do not share your generated content with other users or third parties.
- Your advertising account data is processed only during your active session and is not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Our servers are hosted on secure VPS infrastructure with encrypted storage and SSL/TLS for all data in transit.
- Payment Processor (Stripe): Processes subscription payments securely. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
- AI Provider (Anthropic/Claude): Processes text prompts for AI content generation. No personally identifiable information or advertising account credentials are sent to AI providers.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion for backup purposes.
- Google Ads Data: Cached temporarily during active sessions for performance. Historical reports are retained while your account is active. All Google Ads data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion or disconnection of your Google account.
- Meta Ads Data: Processed during active sessions. All Meta data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, disconnection, or upon receiving a data deletion callback from Meta.
- Generated Content: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Payment Records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years).
- Server Logs: Retained for 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Delete Account page or by contacting us at help@marketingtool.pro.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
